HABITAT Destruction
Denali's environment is very well protected; however, there are some significant factors causing harm. Nearby paper and oil factories emit pollution which dirties the waters that serve as drinking sources and homes for countless organisms. Minor habitat loss has been the result of structures built at the entrance of the park. In addition, near Denali are Kennecott Copper Mine and a coal mine, whose presence have also reduced habitats. Eventually recreational use, such as camping, could also lead to habitat destruction.
